Part 1: Messaging Privacy Policy

This Messaging Privacy Policy (“this Policy”) describes how Lexipol (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS text messaging recruitment program (the “Program”). This Policy applies specifically to mobile phone numbers and related opt-in consent information collected through the Program. This Policy supplements, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy, which governs our other data collection and processing activities.

Information We Collect
In connection with the Program, we collect the following information:

•       Your mobile phone number, provided by you when you opt in to receive text messages from us.

•       Your consent status and the date, time, and method of your opt-in (for example, via an online application form, careers site, or reply to a text message).

•       Your communication preferences, including your opt-out (STOP) status and any HELP requests.

•       Basic message engagement information, such as delivery status, used to operate and troubleshoot the Program.

How We Use This Information
We use the information described above solely to:

•       Send you recruitment-related text messages, including job alerts, application status updates, interview scheduling, and related communications, as described in the Terms and Conditions below.

•       Honor your opt-out and communication preferences.

•       Operate, maintain, and improve the Program, including troubleshooting message delivery.

•       Comply with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and industry guidelines governing SMS communications.

Sharing of Mobile Information and Opt-In Consent
No Sharing for Marketing Purposes: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of personal information described in our general Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share mobile information collected through the Program only with service providers who help us operate the Program (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only as necessary to deliver messages, manage opt-in/opt-out status, and provide related technical support. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing purposes or from selling or sharing it with any other third party.

We may also disclose mobile information where required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

Data Retention
We retain mobile opt-in and consent records for as long as necessary to operate the Program, demonstrate compliance with applicable consent requirements, and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, after which such information is deleted or de-identified in accordance with our data retention practices.

Your Choices
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information provided in the Terms and Conditions below.

 
Part 2: SMS Program Terms and Conditions

Lexipol Recruitment Alerts (the “Program”).

Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Lexipol related to recruitment and hiring, which may include: job openings and alerts matching your interests, application status updates, interview scheduling and reminders, onboarding information, and other recruitment-related communications. Message content is limited to the purposes described above and will not include marketing or promotional content unrelated to recruitment.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and will depend on your application status, job openings, and your interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers
Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
Please review our Messaging Privacy Policy (Part 1 above) and our general Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share information. Please note that this is separate from the core policy and will follow the above mentions to your SMS data.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
