“Earlier in my career, I had the privilege of serving in the U.S. Army. While I’m not a first responder, that experience gave me a deep respect for people who choose service, who make decisions under pressure, and who commit themselves to something larger than their own role.

That’s what drew me to Lexipol. Our work helps public safety and local government professionals stay ready, supported, and confident in the moments that matter most. And behind that mission is a team of people who care deeply about making a real difference.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, a collaborative culture and the opportunity to support those who serve our communities, I hope you’ll consider joining us.”
