The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of modern software development with business-focused prioritization and data-informed decision-making. You should be comfortable communicating technical concepts in practical business terms, collaborating across teams, and driving initiatives from strategy through execution. Lexipol is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Wellness product end to end — strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and execution. You will be accountable for where this product goes over the next several years and for whether it gets there. You will set strategy grounded in real market analysis and take new offerings to market, while staying close enough to the software to ensure it gets built well. You will lead a technical product owner who writes the stories and works day to day with engineering, and you are accountable for their success, not just their output. Above all, this role requires staying close to the customer, and the people who need this product most are often the least likely to tell you so. It is demanding work, and it is some of the most rewarding available anywhere. Most product managers never get to see their decisions land in someone’s life as plainly as you will here. • 6–10 years of product management experience, including full ownership of a product or product line and its commercial performance. • Demonstrated success taking products to market — you have launched something, owned its positioning and pricing, and been accountable for the result. • Strong product strategy and market analysis skills, with the ability to build a defensible investment case from research rather than intuition. • Technical fluency to work credibly with engineering on architecture and delivery. • Experience managing an offering that extends beyond software — content, services, certification, training, or partner-delivered components. • Genuine customer-centricity, shown through a discovery practice you ran yourself. • Experience managing a technical product owner or product manager, including accountability for delivery through someone else.
