Program Manager-Law Enforcement Accreditation New Jersey This is a remote role. To be considered for this role, you must already live in New Jersey or a state bordering New Jersey. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience: • 5+ years of NJACOP accreditation experience (Accreditation Manager, Assessor, or equivalent) • Strong working knowledge of NJACOP standards and New Jersey regulatory requirements • 10+ years of US Law Enforcement with a local law enforcement agency in New Jersy. • 5+ years of accreditation, compliance, or policy-related experience within a New Jersey public safety agency • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects and deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with agency leadership • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

The Program Manager serves as the delivery leader for large, complex customer implementation program involving a SaaS deployment with integrations into other agency solutions for this very large and critical customer. This role is responsible for guiding the customer through the successful implementation and organizational adoption of Lexipol solutions by combining disciplined project management, business analysis, solution implementation, technical coordination, and organizational change management practices. This position leads multi-phased implementation program for our Performance Reporting Suite from project initiation through post-production stabilization while serving as the primary point of contact to customer executive sponsors, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners. The Program Manager works closely with agency leadership to define business objectives, document functional and technical requirements, coordinate software configuration, oversee system integrations and historical data migration, manage project governance, and facilitate organizational readiness for the transition from legacy systems to the Lexipol platform.
