Accounts Receivable Specialist

Lexipol is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Order-to-Cash team in Frisco, Texas. This hybrid position requires working from the Frisco office two to three days per week, based on business needs. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing and applying customer payments, reconciling accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining detailed records, and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and customers, managing accounts receivable inquiries, and identifying opportunities to improve cash application processes. Qualified candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Accounting, at least one year of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or general accounting, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.
